To record employee attendance and check-in activity.
To verify employee location during check-in.
To associate a photo with each check-in.
To authenticate users.
To prevent unauthorized access.
To synchronize offline data when an internet connection is available.
3. Data Storage and Security
We store your data securely using Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Realtime Database, and Firebase Storage. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may only be shared with:
Authorized administrators of the organization.
Firebase services used to operate the application.
5. App Permissions
The application uses the following permissions:
Camera: To capture employee check-in photos.
Location: To record check-in location.
Internet: To synchronize data with the server.
Storage: To temporarily store captured images.
6. Offline Usage
The app allows offline login using a PIN. Check-in data captured offline (including photos and location) is stored locally on the device and uploaded automatically when an internet connection becomes available.

Request deletion of their data.
Contact the administrator regarding privacy concerns.
